Approximate sizes from the developer's floor plans: 2-bedroom types 592–775 sq ft (2-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom Premium, 2-Bedroom Premium + Study); 3-bedroom types 947–1,152 sq ft (3-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom Premium, 3-Bedroom Premium + Study); 4-bedroom types 1,238–1,485 sq ft; and the 5-Bedroom Suite at about 1,808 sq ft. The 4-Bedroom Premium, 4-Bedroom Premium + Study and 5-Bedroom Suite come with a private lift. Couples and young families often start with the 2-bedroom range, growing families look at the 3-bedroom types, and multi-generation households tend to consider the 4- and 5-bedroom homes.

What is there for children and families in the clubs?
