Thomson Reserve is a new-launch private condo on the former Thomson View site at Bright Hill Drive, District 20 (Upper Thomson). It is developed by Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd. (JV of UOL Group, Singapore Land Group and CapitaLand Development) and is about a 2-minute sheltered walk to Upper Thomson MRT (TE8), per developer, upon completion. Sell first or buy first for a new launch?
There's no universal answer. For Singapore Citizens, selling your HDB first avoids second-property ABSD and can lower financing risk, but you may need somewhere to stay in between. How much loan room do I need before a showflat?
