Designed by ARC Studio Architecture + Urbanism, 8@BT’s two 20-storey towers carry a sculpted, cascading-fin facade — a motif the developer reads from natural contours. The grounds wrap around a basement-level resort: a 25-metre quarry pool, slide pool, cabanas, a clubhouse lounge and fitness room.
On the first storey, a rainforest-inspired deck holds a fitness pool, sunbathing lawn and sensory trail, next to a campsite-style playground, BBQ pavilion and camping ground for the children. It is a compact, verdant estate that leans into its Upper Bukit Timah setting.
